Penley Estate Special Select Shiraz
This wine is designed to rival our "Reserve" Cabernet Sauvignon.  Select parcels of Shiraz were set aside by Kym Tolley to spend more time on oak. 

Penley Estate Chertsey

A classic reserve Bordeaux blend, co- fermented cabernet franc, merlot and cabernet sauvignon, aged in selected French cooper hogsheads. A wine of elegance and substance.

Penley Estate Gryphon
         
Merlot is the 'new grape' of Coonawarra. A merlot with weight, length and varietal characters of cassis, florals and mint.

Who says the Coonawarra cannot produce good Shiraz wines?? Our Hyland Shiraz is 100% estate grown with distinct berry characteristics teamed with soft fine tannins. The fame of Coonawarra was based on this popular variety.

Penley Estate Condor Shiraz Cabernet

A classic Aussie blend of cabernet sauvignon and shiraz sourced entirely from our estate grown Coonawarra fruit. Fresh and Lively this wine can be cellared for up to 7 years. This is the wine blend most of Australia grew up on.
